2. Adopt a healthy lifestyle

Optimism and positive thinking have been closely connected to exercise and physical well-being. In fact, research has shown that exercising can be a natural mood enhancer. Any amount of physical movement can help to improve your mood. For example, use the stairs at work instead of using elevator or go for a walk with your dog.

3. Spend time on your favorite activities and friends

Spending time on your favorite activities and beloved friends can lighten up your mood! For example, playing video games with your friends. It is very important to make sure those in your life are people who are supportive. But, not everyone you encounter in your life will have the same orientation and expectations as you, and that is entirely okay!
